Goods Receipt
Represents goods received from a vendor.
The Goods Receipt business object represents goods received from a vendor. It provides a central place to track the vendor, receiving location, purchase order, receipt date, line items, receipt status, inventory posting status, and notes.
Description
Use the Goods Receipt object to record goods received from suppliers. It can connect the receipt to a vendor and location, record the related purchase order, maintain individual Goods Receipt Line records, track receiving progress separately from inventory posting, and post received quantities into inventory.
